Frequently asked questions
What are peptides?
Short chains of amino acids. Some are made by your body; others are made in a lab. The ones on this site are prescription products: a licensed provider decides whether one fits you.
How do I choose the right peptide?
Browse by goal, read what each one is, and pick a plan. After checkout you answer a few health questions, and a licensed U.S. provider decides whether it fits you.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A licensed U.S. provider reviews your answers. If treatment is right for you, they write the prescription and a licensed U.S. pharmacy ships it.
Why do I pay before the health questions?
It keeps things quick: you choose your plan, check out, then answer your questions once. If a provider decides treatment is not right for you, your payment is refunded.
Do I need insurance?
No. Plans are self-pay. The price you see is the price you pay: the provider review is included and there is no processing fee or membership.
How is it shipped?
Discreetly, from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, with tracking sent to your email. Shipping is included in every price you see.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and dispensed on a prescription. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.
Will I qualify?
That is up to your provider. They read your health answers and decide whether a prescription is right for you. If they say no at first review, you get a full refund.
Do I need a video appointment?
Usually not. Your provider reviews your answers online and will contact you if they need to speak with you.
Can I check the pharmacy?
Yes. Your label shows the pharmacy that filled your prescription, and you can look up its license with your state board of pharmacy.
How should I store it?
Follow the storage directions on your pharmacy label. If you are not sure, contact your care team.
