Refunds and cancellations
Effective November 1, 2026
Prescription medication is not like ordinary retail. Once a pharmacy has dispensed a medication to you, it cannot be returned to stock or given to anyone else. That is a safety rule. This page explains what we refund, when, and what we do if something goes wrong.
How you pay
Plans on this site are paid once, up front, at checkout. Your health questions come right after.
If a provider does not prescribe
A licensed provider reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is right for you. If they decide it is not, we refund your payment in full. The consultation is included in your plan price, so nothing is kept back for it.
If your provider prescribes fewer vials or capsules than you ordered, we refund the difference between what you paid and the price of what was prescribed.
If you do not finish your health questions, or we cannot treat or ship to your state, contact us and we refund in full, as long as nothing has been dispensed.
Six-month plans
On a six-month plan, months 1 to 3 ship first. A short online check-in at month 3 is included, and you are not charged again. Months 4 to 6 ship if your provider approves.
If you do not complete the check-in within 30 days, or months 4 to 6 are not approved, we refund the difference between the six-month price and the three-month price to your card within 7 business days.
Orders not yet dispensed
If the pharmacy has not dispensed your order yet, contact us as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispensing has begun, we can no longer stop it.
Medication that has been dispensed
Dispensed medication cannot be returned or refunded, even if the package is unopened, because once it has left the pharmacy its storage and handling can no longer be checked. This is standard across licensed U.S. pharmacies and protects patients.
When we will make it right
Contact us and we will replace or refund, at no cost to you, if:
- Your order arrives damaged, or the seal is broken.
- You receive the wrong item or the wrong strength.
- Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive.
- The medication arrives in a condition that makes it unsafe to use.
Tell us as soon as you notice. Photos of the packaging and label help us sort it out quickly. Do not use a medication you believe is damaged or wrong.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Once we approve a refund we send it as quickly as we can. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Disposing of medication safely
Do not flush medication or put it in household trash unless the label says you can. Use a drug take-back location or a pharmacy disposal program. The FDA publishes guidance at fda.gov/drugdisposal.
